The About Families Process
After calling our offices and answering a few introductory questions, you will be matched with one of our Family Service Coordinators or Clinicians who will contact you to set up an in home visit and evaluation. This meeting will be conducted by our clinical teams made up of Family Service Coordinators and Masters Level Clinicians.
At this first visit we will work with you to identify the strengths and needs of your child and family. By conducting a thorough psychosocial assessment, we hope to be able to gain information crucial to the development of a personalized treatment plan for your child. Not only will we work to discuss your child’s current needs, but we will also focus on your child’s unique treatment history in hopes of incorporating all of the necessary and pertinent information.
By using this information along with existing treatment evaluations, we are able to help families create unique, personalized plans of care for their children. Once this is done, we will continue to work hand in hand with you as we put these plans into action through personal efforts or outreaching additional support providers.
